In case of a positive decision an alien should apply in Lithuanian embassy to get a short-term national type D visa on the basis of TRP approval within several weeks.
An alien immediately has to arrive to Lithuania, go to Migration Office to apply for a temporary residence card. Within 5-7 working days, a temporary residence card will be made and issued for 1-3 years. We want to remind you that your presence in Lithuania must be legal.
