I bought shares of a company in Lithuania and completed formalities but did not apply for Temporary Residence Permit. What can happen?
If you do not have visa or residence permit, you can work with this company from out side of Lithuania. You will need accountant to manage your company documents, who will take care of preparation of reports for Tax Inspectorate and Social Security Department, will calculate monthly taxes and etc. Otherwise, you can freeze your company for several months or even years.
