People of Lithuania sure free movement is EU’s greatest benefit
According to a new survey in November Lithuanians says that free movement is the greatest benefit of the European Union.
Free movement of individuals, goods and services was entitled as the utmost advantage of the EU by 70 percent of persons surveyed in Lithuania. And 42 per hundred entitled peace among EU member states as the second most significant advantage, according to market and newspapers study company TNS LT which carried out the Eurobarometer review.
Lithuania is among the states that are optimistic about the prospect of the EU, with as many as 64 per hundred of persons in Lithuania being optimistic about the prospect of the Community. The percentage is only higher in Denmark and Estonia. meantime, Portugal, Cyprus and Greece are at the base of the list.
